10am Olympic Lifting

10:00-10:10
- 500 meter row then 2 rounds of 10 box jumps with step down. 10 banded squats, 10 single leg glut bridges with band 
- Burgener warmup (clean and jerk)

10:10-10:30
- Front squats. 5 sets of 5 at 70%. Minimal rest between sets. 

10:30-10:50
- EMOM 15, clean deadlift + clean. First 5 sets @ 65%. Second 5 @ 75%. Last 5 @ 85%. 

10:50-11:00 
- Push press. 5 sets of 3 @ 75%. Minimal rest between sets.
