10:00-10:15
- 3 rounds NTF 15 cal row, 5 deadlifts, 5 front squats, 5 push press. Increasing in weight each round. 

10:15-10:45
- EMOM 20, odd minutes 3 power cleans at 70% 1RM, even minutes 50 double under

10:45-11:00
- 5 sets of 5 Romanian deadlifts. Moderate weight
