Team “Mary meets Cindy”
AMRAP 10 minutes of:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 One-legged Squats, alternating
15 Pull-ups

Then immediately into AMRAP 10 minutes of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Air Squats

*2 man teams. 1 team member working at a time. Alternate rounds between team members.
1 teammate does a round, then the next teammate does a round.
